Amazon organizational changes
Targon requires Amazon to be notified within 30 calendar days of any organizational change or event that changes our need for, access to, or use of Amazon Information.
Incident reporting
Our incident response process requires security incidents involving Amazon Information to be reported to Amazon at [email protected] within 24 hours of detection. We also follow any additional reporting instructions required by Amazon policy or applicable law.
Response process
We identify and assess the incident, contain affected systems and data paths, revoke compromised access, preserve relevant evidence, remediate the cause, recover from a verified clean state, monitor for recurrence, notify required parties, and complete a post-incident review. These steps apply to database compromise, unauthorized access, and data leaks.
Data use and retention
Amazon Information is used only to provide approved marketplace services and operate authorized systems. We minimize collection, limit retention to the business or legal need, and remove access when it is no longer required.
