Corporate privacy.

How Targon handles information on this corporate website.

Who this notice covers

This notice covers people who visit targonglobal.com, submit a business or project inquiry, contact Targon, or interact with us in a professional capacity. Recruitment information is covered by our separate applicant privacy notice.

Caelum Star purchases, delivery, returns, and product support take place on caelumstar.shop or the marketplace where an order was placed. The privacy notice at that service applies to its transaction data.

Information we collect

Business inquiry forms may collect your name, work email, company, website or marketplace link, country, sales channels, project stage, services requested, target market, timing, budget range, and the description you provide. Wholesale and supplier inquiries may also include product, quantity, factory, category, and certification information.

We keep business correspondence and may collect basic technical information needed for security, spam prevention, and reliable site operation, such as IP address, browser information, request timing, and form-validation results.

How and why we use it

We use information to assess and respond to inquiries, qualify potential projects and partnerships, prepare scopes or proposals, manage professional relationships, protect the site, and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, our legal bases are legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, consent where specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

Analytics and cookie preferences

If analytics is configured, Google Analytics stays blocked unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie preferences. If enabled, it helps us understand page use and useful conversion paths. You can change that choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Essential local storage remembers the choice you make.

Service providers and sharing

Google Workspace stores qualified inquiry records in a private Google Sheet. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse. Google Analytics processes website-use data only after consent and only when configured. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers, technology providers, or project partners when needed for the purpose you requested and under appropriate confidentiality controls.

We do not sell personal information and do not use business inquiry data for third-party advertising.

International processing

Targon operates across the United States and United Kingdom and may use providers that process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect international transfers.

Retention and security

Business inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contract, dispute, legal duty, or documented business need requires a different period. Records connected to an active client or supplier relationship follow the applicable agreement and legal-retention requirements.

Access to inquiry records is limited to relevant personnel. We use private Workspace storage, access controls, spam protection, and operational security measures appropriate to the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for analytics through Cookie preferences. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

UK individuals may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Other individuals may contact their local privacy regulator where applicable.
