Where we ship and what to expect.
Website orders
The US store ships within the United States and the UK store ships within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at Stripe checkout before you pay, and your Stripe receipt email confirms the order.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. If anything delays your order, we will email you.
Amazon orders
Orders placed on Amazon are delivered by Amazon. Delivery speed, cost, and tracking are shown on the Amazon listing and in Your Orders.
Problems with a delivery
If an order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out.
