Graphics / UIUX Designer

Role purpose

Create visual work that helps customers understand products and helps operators use systems with less friction.

What success looks like

• Ship clear, accurate ecommerce graphics and responsive interface work.
• Maintain a consistent visual system across product, marketplace, and web touchpoints.
• Turn briefs and operating requirements into production-ready design assets.

Responsibilities

• Design marketplace listing images, brand content, storefront assets, and product graphics.
• Create wireframes, interface concepts, and polished responsive UI designs.
• Prepare web, social, and operational design assets in the correct formats and dimensions.
• Work with product and marketplace operators to make complex information easy to understand.
• Maintain organized source files, reusable components, and clear handoff specifications.
• Review live work and refine designs based on real use and performance.

Required qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and digital interface work.
• Strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
• Professional experience with Figma and relevant Adobe design tools.
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile interface design.
• Ability to work independently, accept direct feedback, and deliver remotely.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Amazon listing creative, ecommerce, packaging, or product brands.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS constraints.
• Experience building reusable components or design systems.
